We have been married 24 years in March 2009. That’s twice the length of an education without college and we are still learning….about each other, about others, about our Lord!
After losing our home of 12 years in foreclosure in 2008, with our emotions stirred; our hearts empathic; our awareness without Jesus we never could have made it thru so much loss, humiliation, & guilt; we were humbled by God’s call to unite others on the verge, during, & after this process. We have hope when it appears there is no hope to be had…we have Jesus! We simply could not bear watching others go thru this without Him. He is the Redeemer…of everything! So, we answered the call for His love & attention to be poured out by becoming His vessel.
Beauty 4 Ashes is God’s idea; Ray and Gay, well, we’re just like you – our worth isn’t based upon our performance – thank God! – but upon His declaration of us, His love for us, His attention to us!!!
