Cleaning Check List for the cleaning team:

 

Gather trash and please place it in the outside recepticle (near Frazier LLC Office)

 

Sweep entire church, including Sunday school rooms, both bathrooms, and hallways.

 

Sweep outside stoop and mat.

 

Cleaning supplies located in the storage closet. You may bring your own latex gloves or we have a box of generic disposable gloves to use.

 

Clean both bathrooms and wipe down coffee station.

 

Mop entire church, attempt to remove scuff marks. A large bucket and mop is located in the storage area.

 

Restock Toilet paper & paper towells as needed from the supply located in the small storage area shelf.

 

Restock soap in bathrooms from the bulk supply in the storage area.

Our Facility  

Any group using the church facility is responsible for general clean up during the time of use. The basic guideline is to leave the premises just as you found them or even better.

The checklist below should be followed.
1. Wipe down all tables and chairs that were used if necessary. Check outside edges of chairs and tables as sticky fingers leave their mark especially on the outer edges of tables and chairs.

2. Remove all decorations and equipment brought in for the function, do not leave any unwanted items behind.

3. Spot clean all walls, doors, windows and counters as necessary.

4. Check the floor for sticky places or spots and clean thoroughly.

5. All trash cans have plastic liners. Place all trash in plastic bags and put in outside trash recepticle. Wipe down all trash cans and rinse out as needed.

6. Pick up any trash that may have been left by your group on the grounds and on the parking lot if you were outside.

7. Make sure all lights you turned on are off, and doors are locked.

8. Check the thermostat before leaving, turn it up (all the way) in summer lower heat to 50 in winter.

Please schedule events through the online request form or pick up a hard copy in the church lobby. Allow up to 48 hours for an item to be added to the calendar. If further approval must be obtained the event will not be listed until Pastor and/or Board approval.
